SCSOPA gives each student “life skills” in the field of presentation, memorization, self-esteem, confidence, public speaking, projection and much more. Academically, SCSOPA has the opportunity to help those who are in school to achieve their academic goals. SCSOPA students have expressed that these programs not only help them get in front of agents weekly, but also helped them prosper in their school environment.

At SCSOPA, students are not lost in large classes. Due to our explicit policy regarding limited class size, our acting, modeling, dancing and singing classes remain small.  Because of this, we feel that smaller classes allow for individual attention and interaction among students and instructors. As a result, we students encourage students to meet faculty for one-on-one consultation throughout their programs.

Our staff and our curriculum are centered around attaining the balance every working actor needs to succeed on set.  Instructors also work as professional directors, writers, and actors and are passionate about their work.
